Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers in a remote full-time capacity, the Engineering Manager will focus on driving revenue growth through experimentation, user insights, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Coach and develop engineers through regular 1:1s and clear expectations, fostering their skill growth and career goals
• Shape the experimentation roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional peers and guiding the team in delivering shippable increments
• Champion a culture of experimentation, ensuring rigorous testing and quick iterations to derive actionable insights

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and 5+ years in software development, including architectural design
• Technical fluency across platforms such as native iOS or Android development, web, and backend
• Experience in a metrics-driven environment with knowledge of A/B testing and funnel analysis
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans and priorities
• Commitment to maintaining high standards for code quality and engineering practices
