Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager will focus on driving revenue growth through experimentation and data analysis, while working remotely to enhance product performance and user retention.

Key responsibilities:

• Coach and develop engineers through regular 1:1s and clear expectations to foster skill growth
• Shape the experimentation roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving predictable delivery
• Champion a culture of experimentation, ensuring rigorous testing and quick iteration to derive insights

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and 5+ years in software development
• Technical fluency across platforms, including native iOS or Android, web, and backend development
• Strong organizational skills with a strategic mindset for turning ambiguity into actionable plans
• Experience in a metrics-driven environment, particularly with A/B testing and behavioral data analysis
• Commitment to maintaining high standards for code quality and engineering practices in all projects
