Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers in a remote environment, the full-time salaried Engineering Manager will focus on shaping the experimentation roadmap, coaching team members, and driving data-driven initiatives to enhance revenue growth through improved conversion and retention metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop engineers through regular 1:1s and provide opportunities for skill enhancement
• Shape the experimentation roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing project trade-offs
• Champion a culture of experimentation, ensuring proper instrumentation of features and effective A/B testing

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and 5+ years in software development
• Technical fluency across platforms including native iOS or Android, web, and backend development
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to translate ambiguity into actionable plans
• Experience working in a metrics-driven environment, particularly with A/B testing and behavioral data analysis
• Commitment to maintaining high standards for code quality and engineering practices
