Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading the technical side of platform engineering and customer delivery, the full-time Engineering Manager will provide technical guidance, support customer integrations, and collaborate across teams to enhance the SaaS platform experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Business Development as the technical lead during the sales cycle and delivery process
• Act as the internal and external subject matter expert on the SaaS platform, APIs, and integrations
• Oversee integration-related issues and streamline workflows to improve resolution times

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Lead in a SaaS environment
• Strong experience with APIs, integrations, and technical system design
• Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Experience supporting customer integrations, implementations, or onboarding
• Highly organized and able to operate independently in ambiguous environments
