Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers in a remote full-time capacity, the Engineering Manager will focus on accelerating revenue growth through data-driven experimentation, coaching team members, and shaping the experimentation roadmap to enhance product performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop engineers through regular 1:1s and clear expectations to enhance their skills and career growth
• Shape the experimentation roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive predictable delivery and navigate trade-offs
• Champion a culture of experimentation, ensuring rigorous testing and quick iterations to generate actionable insights

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and 5+ years in software development with a focus on architectural design
• Technical fluency across platforms including native iOS or Android development, web, and backend systems
• Experience in a metrics-driven environment with a strong understanding of A/B testing and behavioral data analysis
• Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans and shippable increments
• Commitment to maintaining high standards for code quality and engineering rigor in both experimental and core product work
