Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers in a full-time remote position, the Engineering Manager will focus on driving revenue growth through experimentation, coaching team members, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to enhance product performance and user engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop engineers through regular 1:1s and clear expectations, fostering their skills and career growth
• Shape the experimentation roadmap by partnering with cross-functional peers and driving predictable delivery through incremental work
• Champion a culture of experimentation, ensuring rigorous testing and quick iteration to generate insights from both successes and failures

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and 5+ years in software development, with a proven track record of talent growth
• Technical fluency across platforms including native iOS or Android development, web, and backend
• Strong organizational and strategic skills, capable of turning ambiguity into clear plans and priorities
• Experience in a metrics-driven environment, with knowledge of A/B testing and behavioral data analysis
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of code quality and engineering rigor in all aspects of work
