Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager, the full-time remote position will lead and coordinate multiple projects across cross-functional teams, focusing on developing efficient processes and ensuring timely project completion.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide managerial and technical oversight to cross-functional engineering teams, including performance coaching and requirement clarification
• Collaborate with product owners and scrum masters to gather requirements and deliver projects on time and within budget
• Identify training needs, talent development opportunities, and validate work accuracy against compliance controls

Required qualifications:

• Proven work experience as an Engineering Manager or similar role in an Agile environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent)
• Broad technical knowledge across relevant tech domains such as Front-end (Angular/Typescript) and Backend (Kotlin)
• People management experience, specifically managing engineers
• Demonstrated passion for solving complex problems and driving innovative solutions
