Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Managing a team of software and QA engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager will oversee performance, drive process improvements, and contribute to the development of scalable backend systems and user interfaces in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence
• Drive efficient engineering processes and maintain high standards while participating in resource planning and recruitment
• Design and implement data interactions and user interfaces, ensuring performance, scalability, and security

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of work experience in software engineering
• Experience with Java (SpringBoot), Angular, Typescript, and Javascript
• Knowledge of AWS and experience with large-scale systems is a plus
• US Citizenship or Green Card with residency requirements for Public Trust clearance
