Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers in a remote full-time capacity, the Engineering Manager will focus on enhancing revenue growth through experimentation, data analysis, and user insights while coaching team members and collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop engineers through regular 1:1s and clear expectations
• Shape the experimentation roadmap by partnering with cross-functional peers
• Champion a culture of experimentation, ensuring rigorous testing and quick iteration

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and 5+ years in software development
• Technical fluency across platforms including native iOS, Android, web, and backend
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans
• Experience in a metrics-driven environment with knowledge of A/B testing and behavioral data
• Commitment to maintaining high standards for code quality and system health
