Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support a dynamic internal consulting environment, the full-time Engineering Manager will oversee project coordination, provide feedback on weekly demos, and facilitate team onboarding and growth while working remotely or in a hybrid setting with occasional travel.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the weekly project rhythm from kickoff to demo, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule
• Onboard new team members, fostering collaboration and guiding their development through projects
• Provide constructive feedback on demos to enhance project outcomes and team performance

Required qualifications:

• 2-3 years of client-facing experience in consulting, managing projects at a mid-size firm
• Ability to deliver direct and specific feedback in a constructive manner
• Strong organizational skills to create structure in chaotic environments
• Familiarity with AI tools and an understanding of their impact on project management
• Capability to discern technical accuracy without being a developer
