Job Summary

Leading a product team focused on account management and wealth management services, the full-time salaried Engineering Manager will provide technical leadership, manage experienced technologists, and drive modern engineering practices while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the design and execution of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a positive environment and promoting continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategies and manage technology vendor relationships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of experience in Information Technology, including 5+ years in an IT discipline related to wealth management
• 3+ years of management experience in a technical area, leading high-performance teams
• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to execute multiple large projects
• Experience in developing solutions for complex business problems in collaboration with customers
