Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers focused on revenue acceleration, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage experimentation initiatives using data and user insights to improve conversion, retention, and subscriber lifetime value in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop engineers through regular 1:1s and clear expectations to enhance their skills and achieve goals
• Shape the experimentation roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional peers and driving predictable delivery
• Champion a culture of experimentation, ensuring rigorous testing and quick iterations to generate insights

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and 5+ years in software development with a focus on architectural design
• Technical fluency across platforms, including native iOS or Android development, web, and backend
• Experience in a metrics-driven environment with knowledge of A/B testing and behavioral data analysis
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans and priorities
• Commitment to maintaining high standards for code quality and engineering rigor in all projects
