Job Summary
Leading engineering teams in a full-time capacity, the Engineering Manager will oversee Incentive Compensation capabilities for advisors, ensuring high-quality technical solutions while maintaining hands-on involvement in architecture and system design.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and establish operating practices aligned with organizational goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex compensation needs into effective technical solutions
- Build and develop high-performing engineering teams through intentional hiring and coaching
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of experience in Information Technology, including 5+ years in a relevant IT discipline
- 3+ years of leadership experience in IT, with a focus on customer relationship management or portfolio strategy
- Proven ability to lead engineering teams while maintaining strong technical involvement
- Demonstrated experience in project management and executing multiple large projects
