Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Engineering Manager, the successful candidate will lead a small engineering team in designing, developing, and deploying core product functionality while managing team growth and collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Guide a nimble engineering team in the design, development, and deployment of product features
• Manage, scale, and develop the engineering team while ensuring adherence to best practices
• Collaborate with product, data, and behavioral health specialists to align technical work with business needs

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of overall experience, including 2+ years in a management role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Experience developing enterprise or consumer web applications
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Strong bias to action and a passion for transforming mental health care
