Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager will focus on enhancing revenue growth through experimentation, data analysis, and user insights in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop engineers through regular one-on-ones and skill-building opportunities
• Shape the experimentation roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive predictable delivery
• Champion a culture of experimentation, ensuring rigorous testing and quick iteration to derive insights

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and 5+ years in software development
• Technical fluency across platforms including native iOS or Android, web, and backend development
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans and priorities
• Experience in a metrics-driven environment with knowledge of A/B testing and behavioral data
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of code quality and engineering rigor
