Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers in a remote environment, the full-time salaried Engineering Manager will drive revenue growth by shaping the experimentation roadmap, coaching team members, and ensuring effective data-driven product testing and development.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop engineers through regular 1:1s and clear expectations, fostering skill growth and goal alignment
• Shape the experimentation roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional peers, managing trade-offs and ensuring predictable delivery
• Champion a culture of experimentation by guiding the technical direction of the experimentation platform and supporting effective A/B testing

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and 5+ years in software development with a focus on architectural design
• Technical fluency across platforms, including native iOS or Android development, web, and backend
• Strong organizational and strategic skills to translate ambiguity into clear plans and priorities
• Experience in a metrics-driven environment, with knowledge of A/B testing and behavioral data analysis
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of code quality and engineering rigor in experimental work
