Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will guide technical execution, drive product outcomes, and foster a high-performing team in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the team's technical outcomes by guiding architectural decisions and ensuring high standards for performance and quality
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and fostering a culture of autonomy and accountability
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate product goals into clear engineering plans and manage delivery outcomes across multiple teams

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles, with at least 1 year in a management position
• Experience leading teams delivering production SaaS products and guiding architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Proven ability to drive execution in a cross-functional product environment and work closely with Product and Design teams
• Demonstrated experience in hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing engineers
• Familiarity with modern frontend architectures and experience integrating AI-enabled features into product experiences
