Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers in a remote environment, the full-time Engineering Manager will focus on driving revenue growth through experimentation and data analysis, coaching team members, and shaping the experimentation roadmap to connect hypotheses with business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop engineers through regular 1:1s and opportunities for skill growth
• Shape the experimentation roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional peers and managing project trade-offs
• Champion a culture of experimentation, ensuring rigorous testing and quick iteration to derive insights

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and 5+ years in software development
• Technical fluency across platforms including native iOS or Android development, web, and backend
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to create clear plans and priorities
• Experience in a metrics-driven environment, particularly with A/B testing and behavioral data analysis
• Commitment to maintaining high standards for code quality and engineering rigor in all projects
