Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers in a remote capacity, the full-time salaried Engineering Manager will focus on driving revenue growth through experimentation, coaching team members, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to enhance product performance and user engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop engineers through regular 1:1s and provide opportunities for skill enhancement
• Shape the experimentation roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive predictable delivery
• Champion a culture of experimentation, ensuring rigorous testing and quick iteration to generate insights

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and 5+ years in software development
• Technical fluency across platforms including native iOS, Android, web, and backend development
• Experience in a metrics-driven environment, with knowledge of A/B testing and funnel analysis
• Strong organizational and strategic skills to turn ambiguity into clear plans and priorities
• Commitment to maintaining high standards for code quality and engineering practices
