Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager will drive revenue growth by shaping the experimentation roadmap, coaching team members, and collaborating with cross-functional partners in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop engineers through regular one-on-ones and opportunities for skill enhancement
• Shape the experimentation roadmap by partnering with cross-functional peers to drive predictable delivery
• Champion a culture of experimentation, ensuring rigorous testing and quick iteration to generate insights

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and 5+ years in software development
• Technical fluency across platforms, including native iOS or Android development, web, and backend
• Strong organizational skills with a strategic mindset to turn ambiguity into actionable plans
• Experience in a metrics-driven environment, with knowledge of A/B testing and behavioral data analysis
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of code quality and engineering rigor
