Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers to enhance revenue through data-driven experimentation, the full-time Engineering Manager will coach team members, shape the experimentation roadmap, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop engineers through regular 1:1s and clear expectations
• Shape the experimentation roadmap by partnering with cross-functional peers
• Guide technical direction for the experimentation platform and support effective A/B testing

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and 5+ years in software development
• Technical fluency across platforms including native iOS or Android development, web, and backend
• Experience in a metrics-driven environment with knowledge of A/B testing and behavioral data
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans
• Active development of AI fluency and commitment to high standards of code quality
