Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a dynamic team in a remote-first environment, the full-time salaried Engineering Manager will oversee engineering efforts focused on accelerating revenue growth through experimentation, data analysis, and user insights while coaching team members and collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop engineers through regular 1:1s and set clear expectations to enhance their skills
• Shape the experimentation roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional peers and managing project delivery
• Guide the technical direction of the experimentation platform, ensuring effective A/B testing and maintaining engineering standards

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and 5+ years in software development, including architectural design
• Technical fluency across platforms such as native iOS or Android development, web, and backend
• Experience in a metrics-driven environment with knowledge of A/B testing and behavioral data analysis
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans and priorities
• Commitment to maintaining high standards for code quality and engineering rigor in both experimental and core product work
