Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers in a remote-first environment, the full-time salaried Engineering Manager will drive revenue growth initiatives by shaping the experimentation roadmap, coaching team members, and collaborating with cross-functional peers to enhance product performance through data-driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop engineers through regular 1:1s and opportunities for skill enhancement
• Shape the experimentation roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive predictable delivery
• Champion a culture of experimentation, ensuring rigorous testing and quick iteration to generate insights

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and 5+ years in software development
• Technical fluency across platforms including native iOS or Android development, web, and backend
• Experience in metrics-driven environments with knowledge of A/B testing and funnel analysis
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans and priorities
• Active engagement in developing AI fluency and promoting it within the team
