Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers to enhance revenue growth, the full-time Engineering Manager will focus on shaping the experimentation roadmap, coaching team members, and driving data-driven product initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Coach and develop engineers through regular 1:1s and opportunities for skill enhancement
• Shape the experimentation roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive predictable delivery
• Champion a culture of experimentation, ensuring rigorous testing and quick iteration to generate insights

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and 5+ years in software development
• Technical fluency across platforms, including native iOS or Android development, web, and backend
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans and priorities
• Experience in metrics-driven environments, particularly with A/B testing and behavioral data analysis
• Commitment to maintaining high standards for code quality and engineering practices
