Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers in a remote environment, the full-time salaried Engineering Manager will focus on driving revenue growth through experimentation and data analysis, coaching team members, and shaping the experimentation roadmap to enhance product performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop engineers through regular 1:1s and clear expectations to enhance their skills and career growth
• Shape the experimentation roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams and guiding the team in delivering work in manageable increments
• Champion a culture of experimentation, ensuring rigorous testing and quick iteration to generate actionable insights

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and 5+ years in software development, including architectural design
• Technical fluency across platforms, including native iOS or Android development, web, and backend
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear, actionable plans
• Experience in a metrics-driven environment with knowledge of A/B testing and behavioral data analysis
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of code quality and engineering rigor in all projects
