Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers in a remote environment, the full-time salaried Engineering Manager will drive revenue growth through experimentation and data analysis, coaching team members and shaping strategic initiatives to improve conversion and retention metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop engineers through regular 1:1s and set clear expectations to enhance their skills
• Shape the experimentation roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing trade-offs for predictable delivery
• Champion a culture of experimentation, ensuring rigorous testing and quick iteration to generate insights

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and 5+ years in software development, including architectural design
• Technical fluency across platforms such as native iOS or Android, web, and backend development
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to create clear plans from ambiguous situations
• Experience in a metrics-driven environment with knowledge of A/B testing and behavioral data analysis
• Commitment to maintaining high standards for code quality and engineering practices, including AI fluency
