Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers in a full-time remote capacity, the Engineering Manager will focus on enhancing revenue growth through data-driven experimentation, coaching team members, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive business outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Coach and develop engineers through regular 1:1s and clear expectations, fostering skill growth and goal achievement
• Shape the experimentation roadmap in partnership with cross-functional peers, managing trade-offs and ensuring predictable delivery
• Guide the technical direction of the experimentation platform, supporting effective A/B testing across teams

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and 5+ years in software development, including architectural design
• Technical fluency across platforms such as native iOS or Android development, web, and backend
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans and priorities
• Experience in a metrics-driven environment with knowledge of A/B testing and behavioral data analysis
• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining engineering rigor while driving speed in experimentation
