Job Summary

Leading engineering teams in a fully remote environment, the full-time Engineering Manager will focus on building team culture, managing performance and career development, and owning the team's roadmap and project management.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a high-trust team culture while managing performance and career development
• Own the hiring plan and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to source and interview candidates
• Drive accountability for the team's roadmap, project management, and incident response coordination

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience with a strong technical background
• 3+ years of experience managing remote engineering teams
• Experience managing teams in cloud, SaaS, or developer tools environments
• Demonstrated ability to build psychological safety and a feedback culture within teams
• Proven track record in performance management and navigating difficult conversations
