Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Developer Experience team, the full-time Engineering Manager will prioritize team efforts, mentor engineers, and treat the developer platform as a product, all while working remotely within a specified timezone and ensuring reliable software delivery across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior engineers and leadership to prioritize team work and projects
• Support and mentor team members to enhance their effectiveness as engineers
• Manage the developer platform by conducting surveys, measuring adoption, and balancing the needs of engineers and the business

Required qualifications:

• At least three years of experience managing internal tooling or Developer Experience teams
• Strong software engineering background, preferably in Python environments
• Experience treating internal tools as products, including running developer surveys and defining roadmaps
• Demonstrable people-management experience in coaching and performance evaluation
• Relevant project management experience in prioritization and cross-team communication
