Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Motivated by a passion for innovation, the full-time Engineering Manager will lead the Mortgage Verifications Team in building and launching new products while enhancing the Truework platform, collaborating closely with product managers and stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the technical vision for the team to inspire and motivate members
• Partner with product management to develop new features and improve existing ones
• Optimize engineering processes to enhance velocity and quality while managing technical debt

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an engineering manager
• 8+ years of engineering experience, particularly with products at scale
• Strong understanding of service architecture, system design, and lean software development principles
• Experience with TDD, pair programming, and agile methodologies
• Ability to foster inclusive teams that support growth and diversity
