Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading two teams of talented engineers, the full-time remote Engineering Manager will oversee the Autofill and Desktop Native teams, focusing on user-facing features and technical complexities while ensuring effective team collaboration and project management.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and retain a strong engineering team across browser autofill and desktop native domains
• Set measurable goals and facilitate team ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives
• Own escalation and triage for production issues and advocate for user needs in customer-facing interactions

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading engineering teams with hands-on involvement in front-end platform initiatives
• Strong technical background in browser extensions, native desktop, or similar client-side domains
• Proficiency with TypeScript/JavaScript, Rust, or similar, along with hands-on development experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to evaluate strategic goals effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and adaptable mindset
