Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will oversee the delivery of end-to-end product functionality, guiding technical execution and fostering a high-performing team in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the team's technical outcomes by guiding architectural decisions and ensuring system scalability and reliability
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and coaching to support individual growth
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate goals into clear engineering plans and manage cross-functional delivery outcomes

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles, with at least 1 year in a management position
• Experience leading teams delivering production SaaS products and guiding architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Proven ability to drive execution in a cross-functional product environment
• Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and retain high-performing engineers
• Experience integrating data-driven or AI-enabled features into product experiences
