Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development of a new software supply chain capability, the full-time Engineering Manager will provide strategic direction and technical leadership to enhance secure engineering practices, collaborating with various teams to modernize software delivery processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and guide technical solution design and architecture, ensuring effective execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement engineering standards and practices
• Coach and develop engineering talent, fostering a high-performing team culture through regular feedback and career planning

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of experience in Information Technology, including 5+ years in a relevant IT discipline
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a specific IT discipline, with proven management of high-performance teams
• Strong competency in project management and execution of large-scale projects
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders to support business initiatives
