Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Advisor Hub product, the full-time remote Engineering Manager will provide technical leadership, establish engineering standards, and drive the delivery of secure, scalable software solutions that enhance advisor experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide architectural guidance and ensure engineering quality across the Advisor Hub platform
• Establish engineering standards and champion Agile practices to improve software delivery
• Recruit and develop high-performing engineering teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise applications on Salesforce Sales Cloud
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with modern technologies such as Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React
• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in Information Technology, including software engineering and product delivery
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and implementing Agile methodologies
