Job Summary

Leading a team of software and data engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager will own the technical vision for SeatGeek's core financial systems, ensuring seamless integration and automation of financial operations while fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of engineers focused on financial automation and data integration
• Define and deliver the architecture for financial systems, ensuring accuracy and operational excellence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the quality and speed of finance data interactions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• Proven track record of managing transactional data in a SOX-controlled environment
• Experience in building custom tools for financial operations and reporting
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles
