Key responsibilities

• Manage a team focused on developing and maintaining financial automation systems and tools
• Define and deliver the architecture for financial automation, ensuring accuracy and operational excellence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate technical decisions and resolve issues effectively

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• Proven track record in processing transactional data at scale in a SOX controlled environment
• Experience in building and leading lean teams that deliver impactful results
• Familiarity with financial principles and automation tools for accurate financial reporting
