Job Summary

Leading a team of software and data engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager will own the technical vision for SeatGeek's core financial systems, ensuring seamless integration and automation of financial data while fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team focused on building and iterating tools for financial data interactions
• Define and deliver the architecture for SeatGeek's financial automation stack
• Communicate technical decisions and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to resolve issues

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience, primarily focused on coding
• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• Proven track record in processing transactional data in a SOX controlled environment
• Experience in building custom tools for financial operations and reporting
• Familiarity with financial tools and methods to support team success
