Engineering Manager

Job Summary

As the Engineering Manager in a hybrid full-time role, the selected candidate will oversee the transition of engineering teams toward in-house excellence, focusing on SDLC orchestration, team empowerment, and operational throughput while collaborating closely with product and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, implement, and safeguard a modern Software Development Lifecycle to ensure efficient and transparent software building processes
• Lead the team in identifying areas for improvement and executing action items to foster self-organization and maturity
• Translate product and executive leadership needs into actionable engineering priorities, balancing technical debt with feature work

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in engineering management with a focus on process architecture and team empowerment
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and iterative value delivery
• Experience in managing distributed teams and coordinating across multiple engineering teams
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in engineering processes
