Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a remote team of engineers in delivering quality features and products, while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, with a focus on AI-assisted development and effective team processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 3-4 software engineers to ensure timely delivery of quality features and products
• Implement a build, test, learn culture, encouraging rapid iteration based on feedback
• Collaborate with product managers to understand requirements, prioritize backlogs, and set timelines

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a front-line manager in a high-growth organization
• 5+ years of experience as an individual contributor with front-end or full-stack expertise
• Proven track record of adopting AI-assisted development to enhance team productivity
• Experience with both monolithic and microservices architectures
• Familiarity with the Python web development ecosystem is a plus
