Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with product teams on enhancements, and foster an inclusive environment for career growth, while working remotely or in-office based on preference.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, focusing on backend and frontend development
• Collaborate with Product to design and prioritize product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
• Guide the team in improving engineering best practices and provide performance feedback and career development support

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
• Strong technical foundation to guide team decisions on tooling and frameworks
• Experience with both consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology
• Ability to facilitate collaboration between cross-functional partners in product, design, and engineering
