Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will guide technical execution and team development while ensuring the delivery of end-to-end product functionality in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the team's technical outcomes by facilitating discussions, guiding architectural decisions, and establishing performance standards
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback, coaching, and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
• Partner with Product and Design teams to translate product goals into engineering plans, managing dependencies and ensuring impactful delivery outcomes

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff Engineering roles with at least 1 year in a management position
• Experience leading engineering teams delivering production SaaS products
• Strong technical background to guide architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Proven ability to drive execution in a cross-functional product environment
• Experience integrating data-driven or AI-enabled features into product experiences
