Job Summary

Leading a platform team in a remote capacity, the full-time salaried Engineering Manager, Shared Services will oversee the development of reusable capabilities such as AI services and authentication, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing team, fostering a safe environment for experimentation and growth
• Drive the adoption of AI-powered development tools and set the vision for the AI platform
• Ensure high-quality delivery of shared services by monitoring reliability, performance, and developer experience

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in building and maintaining quality software in production at scale
• Minimum of 3 years managing a technical team in a fast-paced environment
• Experience leading a platform or shared-services team focused on serving other engineers
• Understanding of systems design, scalability, performance, and data modeling concepts
• Experience directing AI coding agents in a team setting
