Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of a dynamic engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage cross-functional engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and foster an inclusive environment while working remotely or onsite in New York City.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of backend and frontend engineers across multiple platforms
• Collaborate with Product to design, prioritize, and develop product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
• Guide the team in improving operational and engineering best practices while providing career development support

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience focused on writing code
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with both consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology preferred
• Ability to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional partners in product, design, and engineering
