Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will guide technical execution and foster team growth while delivering end-to-end product functionality in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the team's technical outcomes, guiding architectural decisions and ensuring system scalability and reliability
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback, coaching, and fostering a culture of accountability
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate goals into engineering plans, aligning stakeholders on priorities and delivery outcomes

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles, with at least 1 year in a management position
• Experience leading teams delivering production SaaS products and integrating AI-driven features
• Strong technical background for guiding architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Proven ability to drive execution in cross-functional environments and work effectively in ambiguity
• Experience building complex, customer-facing web applications and familiarity with modern frontend architectures
