Job Summary

To support the growth of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with product teams on enhancements, and guide best practices while fostering an inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of cross-functional engineers across multiple platforms
• Collaborate with Product to design and prioritize product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
• Provide career development support and performance feedback to team members

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience focused on writing code
• Strong foundation of technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with product-minded engineering in consumer and enterprise products
• Preference for candidates based on the East Coast, particularly in the New York City area
