Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a team of cross-functional engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and foster an inclusive environment for career growth, with flexibility for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across backend and frontend platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity
• Work closely with Product to prioritize and plan product enhancements that deliver value to fans and enterprise customers
• Guide the team in improving operational and engineering best practices while providing regular feedback and career development support

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading motivated teams
• 5+ years of experience in an engineering role focused on writing code
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with product-minded engineering, particularly in consumer and enterprise products
• Preferred experience in the sports technology industry, but not required
