Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To scale up development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with product teams to enhance offerings for fans and enterprise customers, and improve operational best practices in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of backend and frontend engineers across multiple platforms
• Collaborate with Product to prioritize and plan product enhancements
• Foster a dynamic environment that encourages career growth and tackles complex challenges

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager
• 5+ years of engineering experience focused on coding
• Strong foundation of technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with both consumer and enterprise products
• Preference for candidates based on the East Coast, particularly in the New York City area
