Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a team of cross-functional engineers, collaborate with product teams on enhancements, and foster an empowering environment for career growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and guide a team of engineers across multiple platforms, focusing on operational and engineering best practices
• Collaborate with product teams to design, prioritize, and develop product enhancements for both fans and enterprise customers
• Provide regular feedback, conduct one-on-ones, and support career development for direct reports while participating in the recruiting process

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
• Strong foundation of technical knowledge to guide team decisions on tools and frameworks
• Experience with both consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology
• Must be based on the East Coast, with preference for candidates in the New York City area
