Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate closely with Product on enhancements, and guide best practices while fostering an inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of backend and frontend engineers across multiple platforms
• Collaborate with Product to design and prioritize product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
• Provide career development support and performance feedback to team members

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
• Strong foundation of technical knowledge to guide team decisions
• Experience with both consumer and enterprise products
• Familiarity with product development across native mobile, web, and backend systems
