Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will oversee a team of cross-functional engineers, collaborate with product teams on enhancements, and drive best practices in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, focusing on both backend and frontend development
• Collaborate with product teams to design and prioritize product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
• Provide performance feedback, career development support, and foster an inclusive environment for engineers

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of experience in engineering roles focused on coding
• Strong technical foundation and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with both consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology
• Candidates must be based on the East Coast, preferably in the New York City area
